Refund policy

We want you to love your Athletic Apparel gear! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Store Credit for Change of Mind / Sizing

We happily accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit code to use on any future purchase.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.

Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on any sale or clearance items, including Black Friday Sale purchases.

Refunds for Faulty Items

  • If your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement (your choice) as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ law).
  • To lodge a claim, please contact us at info@athleticapparel.co.nz with photos of the fault.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@athleticapparel.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
